Return Policy
Global Hobby Shop offers a return policy as a courtesy to its customers. Global Hobby Shop must be notified of any return by contacting Global Hobby Shop at 1-800-387-5040 or by email at globalstuff2018@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase of merchandise. Global Hobby Shop will supply a Return Authorization Number(RA#).
Return Authorization Number(RA#) must be stated on the outside packaging. If no Return Authorization Number is on the outside package, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the credit.
Buyer is responsible for the condition of the merchandise until it is safely returned to Global Hobby Shop. All returns will be void if the returned item(s) have been damaged or otherwise modified from their original condition as shipped to the Buyer. All items sold to Buyer with outer retail packaging must be returned with the outer packaging intact and in good condition. Global Hobby Shop does not refund postage and handling charges or Buyer's shipping costs to return item(s) to Global Hobby Shop (unless prior agreement has been made with Buyer).
A copy of the invoice must accompany return.
