FREE SHIPPING: If your order is for $25.00 or more we pay all shipping charges subject
to the notes below. On all orders under $25.00, please add $3.00 for shipping and handling. 

Note: Many album and accessories orders over 3 lbs. are shipped via United Parcel Service and
require a street shipping address. On these items only, if you are unable to provide a street address
for U.P.S. shipment or if your order is to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory please add $12.00.

No orders are accepted for delivery outside of the United States and its territories.
Due to recent postal restrictions, we no longer ship to overseas military addresses (AE, AP, etc).

Residents of Washington state only will be charged 8% sales tax on their purchase.
There are no other charges or hidden costs. We welcome all of your comments and suggestions.
If you supply a valid e-mail address, you will receive an order conformation, usually within 24 hours.

• To order mount and supplies simply enter, in the box below, the quantity wanted followed by the
  Global Stock # or description.
• To order U.S. stamps, enter the Scott # and price in the box below. You must enter a price. Prices
  can be found in our online catalog. If an item does not have a price then we do not have it. Please do
  not order stamps that are not listed and priced in our catalog. Each stamp must be priced.
